Terms of Service

These terms apply to the use of Scanova360 (scanova360.com), a private workspace where approved team members document jobs with photos. By using Scanova360 you agree to these terms.

Private access

Scanova360 is only for members of the team. Accounts must be approved by a manager, and a manager can pause or remove an account at any time.

Your account

• Keep your password private and do not share your account.
• Use your real name so the team knows who took each photo.
• Tell a manager right away if you think someone else used your account.

Acceptable use

• Use Scanova360 only for the team's jobs.
• Upload only photos and information related to the work.
• Keep client information confidential and do not share it outside the team.
• Do not try to access information you were not given access to, or to interfere with the service.

Photos and job information

Photos and job information uploaded to Scanova360 belong to the business and are kept as part of its job records. Managers can archive jobs and move photos to the trash.

Availability

We work to keep Scanova360 available and secure, but the service is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Scanova360 and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
